Join UAC and other community and civic leaders for the Read by 4th 2nd Annual Mayoral Summit on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Congregation Rodeph Shalom. The Annual Mayoral Summit is designed to advance the conversation and drive the campaign’s work forward for the coming year.
Read by 4th is a citywide effort of over 90 organizations, public and private, large and small, convened and managed by the Free Library of Philadelphia, aiming to significantly increase the number of students in Philadelphia entering the 4th grade at reading level by 2020. UAC is a leading partner in Philadelphia’s collaborative effort to dramatically increase literacy rates among our city’s children. Read by 4th is the largest and most comprehensive effort of its kind in the nation.
