The Urban Affairs Coalition program, One Day At A Time (ODAAT), is looking for an independent contractor for to provide Case Management Services. The objective of the case manager works collaboratively with the program participants to develop a housing plan and coordinate assistance to enrolled individuals ensuring access to an array of services and benefits.
